Launch plan

Over the next few days the plan for launch will be explained.

Milestone

Farming - Once the majority of the guild hits 30 we will start to do weekly farm session, and start really pushing WvW

Perks
We need WvW boost first
Emblem upgrade second
Bank third
The rest we will figure out as we cross that bridge so to speak

What we need
Knowing our strenghts and weaknesses - its important to read eachothers character sheets so we know what abilities we each have and we can use it effectively.

Sieging - Whichever keep we take it is important to ensure we capture both towers and.supply camps especially as we upgrade.

Scouts - Its essential we have a few people with run buffs to scout and relat information back, whoever decides they would like to scout will need a mic.

Ventrilo - This is a ventrilo based guild and when seiging it will be required for listening, there will mute channels if you which to avoid noises, however if we need able bodies you will be pulled from your channel into the appropriate ventrilo channel

Participation - When you joined the guild you agreed that you understand that if you are online you are expected to help whether its WvW or PvE, as a guild we rely on people being flexible enough to come out and help the guild out when its needed and in a game like this its important.

Well that is now currently up for a vote.

I'd have to say my top 3 worlds would be:

1)Borlis Pass (Jessie Cox is on that one sorry huge fan of his)

2)Henge of Denravi (its what we've been testing on so if every1 likes it I'm home.)

3)Tarnished Coast (Chosen Role Playing server & WvWvW focus)

If any1 else has any other worlds we should have in consideration plz list ur top 3 & reasons.
